Funded by the Australian Centre for Electromaterials Science this project involves the preparation and characterization of nanostructured plastic crystalline compounds based on a range of novel organic salts.

Protective Anit-Corrosion Coatings from Ionic Liquids

Funded by the ARC this project will expand on early work which has shown anti-corrosion properties from the films formed on metals in Ionic Liquids. The project will suit a student interested in corrosion or applied electrochemistry.
