Research Area
Organic Supramolecular Chemistry
Nature is often the ultimate goal for chemists. Supramolecular (non-covalent) is one of the most important methods to study natural processes. Synthetic and Development of Multifunctional Nanoarchitectures: towards artificial photosynthesis utilizing yoctowell based systems. One may use these systems for the study of blocking of neurotransmitters. My ultimate goal is not only to construct supramolecular macromolecular structures but also to use them to mimic natural photosynthesis.2,4-6 Research on functional architecture will in any case contribute to the major effort in basic research on smart optoelectric nanomaterials that is, according to pertinent reports3 needed today to meet tomorrow's energy demands in a sustainable way.
